8 peeled & chopped potatoes
1 chopped onion
3 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoon oil
5 cups water
2 chicken style vege Massell stock cubes
1 tin creamed corn (425g)
1 cup frozen/tinned corn
coconut cream (optional)
Place potatoes, onion, garlic & oil in large saucepan and fry until slightly browned. Add water & stock to saucepan & boil until potatoes are soft. Add creamed corn and blend with slender blender/bar mix until smooth. Add frozen/tinned corn last and stir in.
