Sesame Balls (GF)

makes: approx. 30 balls

4 tablespoons cashew or almond spread
3 teaspoons sunflower seed spread
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup desiccated coconut
¾ cup sesame seeds



Place first 4 ingredients into a small saucepan and heat until until mixture starts to bubble. Turn heat down, add remaining ingredients, stir mixture over heat for another 2 minutes. Take off heat, allow to cool slightly, then mold into balls. Store in cupboard or fridge.
