Scrambled Tofu (GF)


350g firm tofu
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon tumeric (adds yellow colour)
1 – 1 ¼ teaspoon Massell stock powder (chicken style)
1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 – 2 tablespoon savoury yeast flakes



Place tofu in a cold oiled frypan and mash with fork or potato masher until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, turn heat on and gently fry until hot. Ready to serve.
