2 cups water
1 chicken style vegetarian Massell stock cube
1 tablespoon savoury yeast flakes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ - 1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon tumeric
3 tablespoon cornflour
¼ cup melted copha (optional)
Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes until thick, stirring constantly with hand whisk. Pour into a container and place in fridge.
