Hash Browns (GF)

makes approx 20

7 peeled and grated potatoes
1 teaspoon onion powder
½-1 teaspoon garlic powder
1- 1½ teaspoon salt


1 cup grated melting cheese (optional)



Place first 4 ingredients into large oiled fry pan. Heat until very sticky, around 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cheese, mix well and put mixture into separate bowl. Allow to slightly cool. Dip hands in bowl of water each time you take handfuls of mixture to form into patties. Place patties in oiled frypan and fry on medium heat both sides until brown.
