1 cup rice puffs (brown rice)
1 cup corn flakes or puffs (GF)
2 cups rice bran cereal
¾ cup shredded coconut
½ - 1 cup sultanas
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
½ cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped dates
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pepitas
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts etc)
sprinkle of cardamom - optional
2 tablespoons lecithin - optional
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon cashew spread
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or more)
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together (except last 4 wet ingredients). In a small bowl mix the wet ingredients together then pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Place mixture on lined baking tray and bake at 140ºC for approx. 10-15 minutes, turning over regularly with a fork.
