¼ cup copha
½ cup FreeNut Butter (sunflower seed spread)
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons carob powder (may need sifting)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup desiccated coconut
Melt copha in small saucepan then take off heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop small spoonfuls onto baking paper on tray. Refrigerate until firm. (firm in 20-25 minutes)
