15 chopped mushrooms
3 teaspoons bottled garlic
¾ cup cashews
3 ½ cups water
1 ½ tablespoon Massell stockpowder (chicken-style)
2 tablespoon savoury yeast flakes
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 tablespoon soy cream cheese
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon cornflour
Fry in large, oiled saucepan the mushrooms and garlic until cooked. Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1 – 2 minutes. Add cooked mushroom mixture to blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour blended ingredients into large saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over rice or pasta.
