1 ½ cup plain flour
½ cup wholemeal plain flour
1 ½ teaspoon aluminium free baking powder
pinch of salt
1-2 tablespoons almond meal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 ¾ cups soy milk
Mix all dry ingredients togethers. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix with hand whisk until well combined. Place spoonfuls in lightly greased fry pan and fry both sides until golden brown.

banana fritters:
Cut bananas in half, then cut again in half length ways. Place cut bananas in pancake batter and coat. Then with large spoon place coated bananas in fry pan with oil. Fry both sides.
