1 cup apple/orange juice 100%
1 chopped banana
½ cup pineapple
½ cup pineapple
1/3 cup grapes or berries
½ chopped orange
Other options could be – watermelon, mango, kiwifruit, rockmellon etc
Note: Fruit can be fresh or frozen. If using fresh, you can add ice to make juice thicker.
