1 cup corn flakes
2 cups rice bran cereal
½ cup shredded coconut
1 ½ cups dried fruit medley
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pepitas
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts etc)
sprinkle of cardamom - optional
2 tablespoon lecithin - optional
Note: Rolled oats can be added if you are gluten tolerant.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place ¾ cup of muesli in bowl, add ½ cup milk/juice/water and mix well. Cover and sit in fridge over night. You can top with fresh fruit if needed or drizzled with honey/agave.
