Sausage & Vegetable Soup (GF)

prep 20 min   cook 1 hour   serves 4-6 people


1 chopped onion
3 teaspoon garlic
6 chopped potatoes
1 diced carrot
4 cups shredded cabbage
4 cups water
1 ½ - 2 beef-style Massell stock cubes
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup - optional
1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 tin tomato soup (420g)
4-6 chopped vegetarian/GF sausages

Fry onion and garlic in a little oil in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients (except sausages) and simmer for 1 hour. Add sausages and serve.
