1 cup cashews
1 cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey (opt)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 fresh garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 2-3 minutes, until smooth. Ready to pour over salad, vegetables or pasta.
