1 tablespoon cashew or almond spread
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons orange rind

Place paw paw, almond meal and coconut in food processor and process on high until paw paw is chopped very finely. Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture is well combined. Mold into balls and roll in coconut. Store in cupboard or fridge.
