Minestrone Soup (GF)

serves  6 people


1 chopped onion 
3 teaspoon garlic
olive oil
½ chopped red capsicum 
1 large chopped celery stick 
1 large chopped or grated carrot 
10 chopped green beans 
2 ½ litres of water (approx)
2 cubes of vegetarian Massell stock (Beef Style)
250g of any gluten free pasta
1 large bottle of Bolognaise Sauce
¼ thinly sliced cabbage 

Fry onion, garlic and all veges together in large saucepan.
Add water, stock cubes and pasta and simmer until all is soft.
Add sauce and cabbage and simmer for another 15 minutes.
