10 chopped mushrooms
8 eschallots
2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
4 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
3 cups water
800ml coconut cream
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon lemon/lime juice
1 ½ - 2 chicken-style Massell stock cubes
Fry mushrooms, eschallots, coriander, garlic and ginger in olive oil in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
