1 chopped sweet potato
2 chopped carrots
6 chopped mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1 chopped small red capsicum
½ cup brown lentils (raw)
2 tablespoons Massell stockpowder (beef-style)
4 teaspoons bottled garlic
140g (½ cup) tomato sauce or paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 chopped tomato
1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
4 cups water
½ cup TVP - optional
Place all ingredients into large saucepan and simmer for approximately 1 – 2 hours. Let sit overnight so flavours are more enhanced. The longer it sits and simmers, the tastier it is. Even better in a slow cooker for 7 hours.
