Salad Dressing (GF)

¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon (more if needed) honey/pure maple syrup
½ cup oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon tumeric
½ - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fresh or refrigerated basil
                          

Place all ingredients into blender (except honey) and blend. While blending, slowly add the honey so it dissolves well and this will stop it from settling on the bottom of the blender.


Note:     This dressing is great over veges too!  Can be stored in a container in fridge.
