Mayonnaise or Sour Cream (GF)

prep  20 min  makes over 1 cup

300g silken tofu
¼ cup water
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
¾ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 dessertspoon honey
¾ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
1 tablespoon oil

Note: If you need it to be firmer, add 1 tablespoon or more of corn flour to mixture, blend and then simmer in saucepan for 4 minutes.  Slightly cool and place in container in fridge.



Place all ingredients together (except oil) in blender and blend on low while slowly adding oil. This is a runny dressing for salads etc.
